The Nanrobot D4+MAX is a powerful electric scooter for those who want strong performance, stable comfort and long range in a robust format. With dual 1200W motors, a 52V 23Ah battery, up to 65 km range and 10-inch pneumatic off-road tyres, it is built for both commuting and more demanding riding. It combines hydraulic NUTT brakes, front and rear suspension, dual charging ports, a smart display, powerful lighting and an adjustable handlebar for a safer and more controlled riding experience.
2400W dual motor for strong acceleration.
The Nanrobot D4+MAX is powered by two brushless motors of 1200W each, giving a total motor output of 2400W. The dual motor drive provides powerful acceleration, better traction and more stable riding on hills or heavier terrain. The top speed is up to 68 km/h where permitted by local regulations, and the model also supports a 25 km/h speed limit. The climbing ability is up to 30 degrees, making the scooter powerful enough for steep hills, ramps and hilly city streets.
52V 23Ah battery with long range.
The powerful 52V 23Ah battery uses 21700 lithium cells and has a capacity of approximately 1196Wh. It delivers a range of up to 40 miles, equivalent to approximately 65 km, depending on riding mode, weight, speed, temperature and terrain. Dual charging ports make charging more flexible after longer rides, and charging time is approximately 8–12 hours. The battery has BMS protection against short circuits, overcharging, deep discharge, overcurrent, overtemperature and overvoltage.
10-inch pneumatic off-road tyres for stable grip.
The Nanrobot D4+MAX is fitted with 10-inch pneumatic off-road tyres with inner tubes. The tyres have a deeper tread pattern that provides better grip on tarmac, gravel, stony roads and more varied surfaces. The larger tyre profile contributes to more stable riding, while the pneumatic tyres help reduce road vibrations. This makes the model more comfortable both on city streets and on more uneven stretches where smaller wheels can feel harsh.
Front and rear suspension for better comfort.
The front and rear suspension gives the Nanrobot D4+MAX a smoother and more stable riding experience. The model uses spring suspension together with C-type suspension to absorb shocks from uneven tarmac, cracks, gravel and minor obstacles. This makes a real difference on longer rides, especially when the surface changes between city roads, stone roads and more demanding terrain. Together with the wide off-road tyres, you get better control and greater comfort.
Hydraulic NUTT brakes with EBS.
The Nanrobot D4+MAX has dual hydraulic NUTT brakes with EBS. The braking system provides strong, smooth and controlled stopping power, which is important on a scooter with high motor output. Hydraulic brakes require less hand force than simpler brake systems and offer better precision for quick stops, downhill riding and riding on varied surfaces. The Nanrobot D4+MAX has a complete lighting system with a 1000-lumen front light, side lights, rear light, brake light and turn signals. The automatic side lights can show red, green and blue, providing better visibility and a sporty look. Extra front turn signals and improved rear turn signals help you indicate direction more clearly in traffic. The electric horn makes it easy to alert others when needed.
Adjustable handlebar and robust aluminium frame.
The adjustable handlebar has three height settings at 47.2", 50.7" and 54.3", making it easier to find a comfortable riding position. The grips have a non-slip surface for better control, and the deck has matching Nanrobot grip tape for stable footing. The frame is made from aluminium alloy, the net weight is 32 kg and the maximum load is 120 kg. Electric scooter
An electric scooter is considered a bicycle if it has a maximum speed of 20 km/h and a motor with a maximum of 250 W. However, it is important to note that the limit applies to the continuous (nominal) power – which means that the electric scooter may temporarily have a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W.
If the electric scooter exceeds 20 km/h in speed or has a motor with a nominal power of more than 250 W, other rules apply. The next classification is Moped class II and then Moped class IThere are technical requirements, such as braking systems, that must be met for an electric scooter to be classified as a moped.
Essentially, if it reaches up to 25 km/h it is considered Moped class II, while if the speed exceeds 40 km/h and the motor is stronger than 250 W, it is classified as Moped class I. For Moped class I, an AM driving license is required, the vehicle must be registered, and a helmet must be worn. Moped class II requires a driver's license and mandatory use of a helmet. If the electric scooter does not meet the requirements for a bicycle, Moped class I or II, it may not to be used on public roads.
Electric bike
For the requirements to apply to an electric bicycle, the motor must be limited to 250 W nominal (continuous) power and only assist pedaling up to 25 km/hThis means that the engine can temporarily deliver a higher so-called peak power, for example up to 1000 W, as long as the nominal power does not exceed 250 W. The electric bike must also be pedaled for the motor to work – it must not be able to drive on its own without the user's pedaling power.
Deviation from these requirements results in the vehicle being classified as moped, which entails other technical requirements, registration requirements, driving license and insurance.
We strongly recommend the use of a helmet, especially if the driver is under 15 years old, although it is not mandatory.
