§ 1. Introduction

These terms of use apply to www.wheelyshop.se. Please read all terms and conditions carefully before using the website. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Wheelyshop (VIKADI AB, corporate registration number 559297-7796). If you do not accept the terms, you may not use our website or our services. If you wish to terminate your agreement with us, you may contact customer service at info@wheelyshop.se. We will process your request within 14 days of receipt. The Terms of Use may change. Any changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via our website homepage. By continuing to use our website after the changes come into effect, you accept the updated terms.

§ 2. Purpose

The purpose of the website is to offer e-commerce for the sale of electric vehicles as well as accessories and spare parts for electric vehicles.

§ 3. Ownership of the website

The website is owned and managed by VIKADI AB, based in Gothenburg.

§ 4. Terms of Use

As a user, you agree to use the website in accordance with these terms and conditions and applicable law. You may not: distribute spam or unsolicited e-mail; impersonate Wheelyshop or another person; manipulate the content of the website to disguise its origin; submit material that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, vulgar or contains advertising for products or services; collect or store other users' personal data without their express consent. If these rules are violated, we may suspend your access to the website.

§ 5. Intellectual property rights

All copyrighted material on the website belongs to VIKADI AB or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, commercially exploit, reproduce or otherwise use the content without express permission.

§ 6. Payment

Payment on the website can be made via the payment methods specified in the checkout: card payment (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), Svea (invoice with up to 30 days or interest-free installments for up to 12 months), Swish, Trustly, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. All prices include VAT and any costs for shipping and packaging are specified in the order overview. In the event of a complaint or exercise of the right of withdrawal, refunds are handled within 14 days after the return has been received and approved. Any deductions for return shipping are stated in connection with the refund.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that we process the following information: name, social security number, telephone number, address and email address. The information is only used to deliver goods and process your order.

Personal data is stored as long as it is needed for the purpose: for delivery and support up to 2 years after purchase, and for accounting purposes up to 7 years according to the Accounting Act.
d) Rights
You have the right to request a register extract of your personal data, have incorrect data corrected or supplemented, restrict the processing of your data under certain circumstances, request that your data be deleted when it is no longer needed, and request data portability to move your data to another service.
e) Security
The website is protected with SSL certificates to ensure that all data is transmitted encrypted and confidential.
f) Third man
Your personal data is only shared with third parties when required to fulfill your order or by law.

VIKADI AB is not responsible for delays or problems caused by force majeure, such as strikes, natural disasters, pandemics or other events beyond our control. In the event of force majeure, our obligations are postponed, and if this continues for longer than two months, both parties may terminate the agreement without compensation.

§ 11. Jurisdiction

The Terms of Use are governed by Swedish law and any disputes shall be settled in a Swedish court.
